Strong Tea Bags

Only a couple of days ago I read on here someone recommending Sainsburys value tea bags 27p for 80. I bought a box this week to try and really thought they have just got to be horrible really for that price, but it's not too much to waste. They make a fab cup of tea and its quite strong too. I am a convert and can recommend them!0

The Extra Strong teabags were in our local B&M bargains today so it's worth looking in there and similar £1 type shops.0

Hmm we have been trying all the teabags lately to try to get a good strong cuppa! lol
We found that Tetley xtra strong were the strongest, we tried PG,Glengettee and Yorkshire plus a load of supermarket own brand and found tetley xtra strong the best . We have also bought a teapot as we have found the tea is much stronger if you stand it for a little . hth and happy drinking. oh yes tetley xtra strong were 1.94 for 240 in tesco a coupla weeks back, bought a load of em .Dunno where th cheapest are now though sorry.xXx-Sukysue-xXx0 -
I don't drink tea, but hubby does and he reckons that if you make a cuppa in a mug/cup and if put in a microwave (after adding the boiling water and swirling the tea bag around a bit) for about 15 seconds, then this gives a stronger cuppa - he may just be "winding me up", but swears it works.
Let me know if it really works.

Another vote for Yorkshire tea! And if you sign up on their site you occasionally get sample bags & money off coupons for their premium ranges. I got a cake sample too & it was delicious.
And to emphasise I love the tea, even without the freebies!0
