Where? The Ombudsman decisions site has quite a few decisions on the Cahoot flexible loan and they all find in favour of Cahoot, aside from a couple where they was partly upheld on grounds other than the rate rise, which they considered to be an exercise of Cahoot's commercial judgment.urs sinserly,

They paid out initially, until everyone complained then they shut up shop and the FOS switched sides.
Denza from the thread is looking at court action against Santander. Other than that its a waste of time.:beer:0
