CCA to an address abroad

I am living in Ireland, having moved from the UK. I want to request a CCA from a creditor that I haven't yet given my new address to.

On my letter requesting the CCA, should I write it as from my UK address (the property does still belong to me but has tenants in it) and it will be forwarded to me as part of my mail forwarding through Royal Mail, or should I ask them to send it to the new address, bearing in mind they don't have this on file?

I am happy to give them the new address (I am not trying to hide from them), but wonder whether this will complicate things beause they could refuse to send the CCA on the grounds that they don't have proof that it is really me.

On the other hand, I don't want anyone turning up on my tenants' doorstep.

I'd love to be a good example - instead, I am a horrible warning.

    Bump. Can anyone advise, please?
