I would love to do this but a little put off by the photographer being a guy.
I would honestly say that although it may seem a little odd when you first read it, it had no impact on my shoots whatsoever
You can wear as much or as little as you like, and if you do wear very little (I have a couple of completely naked shots), its almost like he can't see the fact you're naked!!! Yes it feels a little odd to begin with but by the end of the shoot, all my worries had gone & I was soooo comfortable with the whole thing I could have gone on shooting forever!
