A pudding?

I fancy a pudding tonight, we're having leftover chicken with yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese for dinner.

Just me and the LO and I used the last 2 eggs for scramble egg monday so can't make a quick micro cake.

Any idea's what I could make, I have

Plain flour
Baking powder
Bicarbonate of soda
Milk
Cream cheese
cocoa powder
nutella
peanut butter
tinned fruit
condensed milk
Evaporated milk
custard
strawberry whip (I think)
butter
digestive biscuits etc

I fancy cheesecake of some sort but will check out recipes, just wondered if anyone had any ideas of a quick yummy pudding I could make from the above, it's just for me and my son :D.

Thanks in advance!

    Easiest 'cheesecake'

Spread digestive biscuits with cream cheese.
Swirl some Nuttella on the top.

I do this with damson jam or blackcurrant jelly and it is delish - am sure it will be just as yummy with chocolate spread!

  • Mrs A lemon juice but no cream I'm afraid, shopping on saturday though :)

Thanks Seakay never thought of that! Will give it a go, my mum used to give us digestive biscuits with butter/cream cheese spread on top for a 'play piece' and they were delish!

    Thanks :D

If by strawberry whip you mean a packet Angel Delight type dessert make that up with the evap (absolutely the best), spread over a biscuit base and chill - mmmmmmm!
  • Tinned fruit + bashed up biscuits + custard = cheat's crumble :D

(Although you do have flour and butter, so could make proper crumble topping too!)
  • Those puddings sound fab too, think we'll be having puddings all this week ;)

We had the digestive biscuits with the spreads on top, yum yum and so quick and easy, will have to remember these for next time :)

Don't think these would be freezable will they?
