I phone or I touch??

I'm looking to get either an iphone or an i touch. Would get the phone sim free as I already have a contract that I'm very happy with.

What are the advantages of the phone other than the obvious of making calls and those that have an itouch how do you find it?

I have both and the only difference is the ability to make calls/use the 3G network for internet. If you are constantly near a WiFi connection and dont need it to make calls, then the iTouch would more than suffice.

one more small point, the camera on the new retina ipods isn't very good compared to the iphone's - you won't be able to get nice screen-sized photos out of it.

If you're wanting to use it for apps, browse around the internet and look at your email when sat on your settee at home, the ipod is the best option as its so much cheaper.
