Cleaning outside upstairs casement windows.

Does anyone have an innovative solution?

I can't afford a window cleaner to come in ATM. Some of our upstairs windows are seal shut:mad: so I have to accept the filth on them for a while, but in our bedroom we have triple casement windows, with small panes (eight in each pane). Only the middle one opens

A bird has done his best on the one the window opens back towards....i.e., I can't reach around it.

The gadgets I've seen won't work for small panes...is there anything else I can try? Its infuriating!

I have been unable to find a window cleaner I like the look of ( No, not in that way ;) ) for the last couple of years now. I have a couple of upstairs windows, that are impossible for me to access to clean from the inside.

The best I can come up with is to turn the garden hose on them from time to time. I would dearly love to see them properly cleaned and sparkling though, especially at this time of year.
