well i just rang and because we have a savings account with nothing in it!!!! and hubby has a credit card at nothing then we wont be charged. The woman said it was to get people who sit with a bank account with no money comming in to basically get off their !!!!! and close it or pay!!!!!!!No one said it was going to be easy!!

Read the small print. As you have a loan with them you won't have to pay the £100
