Its May 2012, sorry for confusion. Hoping to get it down much further than the £2200 but we know thats the minimum we can get it down to, any more than that is a bonus.
Burridge60 there is a 2.89% transfer fee which they add on to your outstanding balance, but thats a one off payment; yes transferring it back will incur another charge of the same, but its still much cheaper than paying the higher interest rates. Obviously once our 0% deals are due to run out I will look again at the figures to see where its best to keep the money and what will be cheaper in the long run for us, they might stay on the normal cards, ideal was to put it all back onto my card as its got the lowest APR - 11.4%, though I've been told I can possibly have a 'life of balance' on my Barclaycard at much lower than this (around 6.5%) so would definitely be worth putting it onto that if they'll give it to me if we still owe the £2200.0
