Payday Loans - Cheques cant break the cycle HELP

Feel like a fool writing this but heigh ho nothing to lose .
I first cashed payday cheques four years but would only borrow £200 so paid them back and basically used them as they should be (not long term).
I got myself in a pickle with them 23 mths ago when I borrowed the max £600. I have been rolling them over ever since so have paid £1794 on the original £600 and still owe that amount. I have tried to reduce them by £100 each month but my budget is so tight I run out of money before mthly payday is due and end up cashing it back again.
The company is H & T, any ideas do you think they will allow me to go a payment plan?
thanks in advance for any advice

Hi there and well done for posting
I do not have any experience with payday loans but there is a poster on here called saltnvinegar who does and has written a really useful thread which is worth a read

In the meantime I am sure other DFWers will be along shortly to offer you some excellent advice on next steps.
Best wishes to you
