Help- Need security check for job in Germany!

Hi,

Can anyone direct me in the right direction:

I have a very good job prospect to work in Germany which requires security clearance as I will be working airside at the airport.

My prospective employer has informed me that he needs a security check clearance from the UK where I reside at the moment.

Can anyone tell me what it's called or where I go to to get one?

I would imagine that they require you to have a Criminal records Check (CRB). This link will give you full details.

It will be different to a CRB check I've jsut googled & an app form for Munich Airport comes up first, I would have thought that the airport or it's agents if not employed directly would have the relevant forms.
You will need to speak to whoever has offered you the job.
If it's similar to Uk security clearance for Government depts they want to know about your parents and all sorts.

Just been onto them and they have told me to contact Disclosure Scotland and need a basic disclosure form.
