I think this code is linked to you email. It is part of the refer a friend page, where you put in your email and your friends emails. Once your friend receives the email from MandM with the code (listed above) it means the email is registered and the code can be used.

I've got three emails so have used it twice!

this is really wierd - I tried my OH's email address (where the code wasn't sent too) and the code works on that too, unless its still remembering my email or something....Gah so annoying, I thought Id found a good deal for everyone there

just use one of your email addresses to another one you use (very easy to set up a second hotmail address if you don't have one)
