Anyone know how to get the £10 off no minimum spend codes to work, I'm a new customer but it keeps coming up with an error?

I've just tried the IPT4 code £10 off no min spend with new email address and it has worked for me. :j

Does anyone know how you get the £10 no min spend to work? I have never ordered from them before and have tried numerous different emails but still get the error message.

Not sure as i have tried this code IPT4 before and it never worked for me either on the new email that i have used today, but for some reason today it worked?

Did you use same name, address and payment details?

When the code £10 off no min spend was first posted on the grabbit i added stuff to my basket and then just used my hubbies name and email but it was still the same delivery address as previous orders and no matter what i did it wouldn't go through, just kept giving me the 2% code...so i gave up.

But yesterday i first used the £10 off £30 in my basket and made my basket to £30 but then i saw someone on the grabbit say that the £10 no min spend had worked for them so i added it to my basket with the £30 worth of stuff still in my basket just to check the code and it took off £10 pounds then i removed the items i didn't really want.

Which took the total basket down to £20.95 and then my total to pay was £10.95, i paid by paypal this time though.

That does sound quite complicated doesn't it

I'm a new customer with M&M Direct and I'm trying to place an order that's over £30, but I've tried about half a dozen codes today for the £10 off deals (IPT4, WH62, NYX2, WT45, ECR2, SQ24, etc) and none of them work. They either say "code expired" (even though the places I got them from say they shouldn't be) or that the code is not valid on this order and they offer the 2% off code instead (which is worthless).

I've tried to enter several different e-mail addresses, and refreshed the page as people have suggested but to no avail. Is there any reason why so many people seem to be having trouble using these codes?
