Hi all
Im looking for a fab face scrub, Ive tried loads but cant seem to find anything I love. Apricot face scrud gives a good reslut but im not too keen on the smell of it!
I want something very gritty that will give my face a deep cleanse and remove dry skin at the same time.
Also needs to be cheap and cheerful not these high end ranges pls!
Any help would be appreciated!:j

Hi i use a superdrug own, its really a face mask but i use it as a scrub. It smells of raspberrys and has the seeds in it.
this one http://www.superdrug.com/face-masks/superdrug-mud-mask-invigorating-raspberry/invt/341053/
i find you don't need a lot, so it lasts ages.Back to comping Jan 2013 :j

Why not try a cheap exfoliating mitt with the soap/cleanser/shower gel of your choice. You just apply more pressure on the areas that need more scrubbing!
I have 3 on the go at any one time - one for face and neck, one for general all-over (great on elbows and maintaining a tan in summer) and one for feet."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0 -
I second the mitt! I think they are much better on the face than any scrub I have used and you can pick the shower gel/soap you like to go with it!House saving Targets:

I have just started using the Body Shop Seaweed Pore Cleansing Facial exfoliator
I find it is not too abrasive but leaves the skin lovely and soft.

Olay Regenerist Daily Thermal Skin Polisher is fab. Not too rough, leaves your skin glowing. £7.xx in Boots, lasts ages.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

I'd use a cotton muslim cloth, I have tried many cleansing scrubs and these really seem to make a difference when used even with a normal cream cleanser- though you do need to use a cleanser!
Olay do a two step cleanser, it RRPs around £25 though so not cheap! Got mine for £10 in a deal last year so keep your eyes out for this one.
Lush also do some great scrubs, I have to say though their Xmas facial scrub (Noel something or other) was one of their best- especially with a cotton muslim cloth but as its a Xmas product it only comes out once a year. They must do something similar though so do ask. They have Ultra Balm which again works excellently with a cotton muslim cloth or cotton wool pads and hot/warm water.
I would also recommend Philosophy the Microdelivery, I was taken aback by one sachet (hence the Olay buy, its pretty similar though still noticably better). It does cost upwards of £50 for the full size though!!0 -
Thanks for all your advice people!0

I use the exfoliating mit too - I have tried a lot of scrubs and they never felt quite as satisfying as that! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Oh and another which is good to use are the L'Oreal facial scrubs which come with a white brush (detachable), big round top part, come in 4? different types depending on your skin type. They are all actually scrubs and the brush is an addition to work the scrub extra hard. Cost £5 or less.0

Soap & Glory The Greatest Scrub of All Self-Activating Facial Smoother Exfoliator
The name is long, but the results are great! My little bottle which I use about 2/3 times a week in the shower has lasted me since about October last year and still got a fair bit left. Smells yummy too0
