    Can you not move in with partner and rent your home out for a year? A low risk way of finding out if you are both compartible under one roof, with the animals etc?

    Id reccomend independent advice..... there are mortagages out there

    Definalty look into renting some of the rooms or your actual home and move in with your partner.
