Last april I bought a Beko by christmas it had broken down right in the midst of the christmas break. It's failed 2 times on the same fault now.
While I fight with the retailer re- goods act and fit for purpose, I am planning on replacing the thing with something that will actually A: wash my whites and not turn them grey on the first wash. B: Something that will last. Value for money naturally being my aim. I don't need the hassle of replacing my washing machine every 8 months!
ISE seems to have a good ethical approach as well as Which review but I don't know anyone that has used one... it's very tempting to bob on down to comet and buy there.
LG and Miele are also a consideration.. you pay for what you get but I don't believe "BRAND" is everything.
Very tired of being exploited and "Marketed" at.
Any suggestions or feedback on ISE welcome.

ISE apparently take an existing machine and ask for certain improvements, which is probably why they can include a ten year parts and labour warranty, though with A++ rating £400 more than the panasonic seems expensive
