    Where is the Inspector with our Reuters feed as I was hoping to hearwhat market consensus forecast was as I had assumed it would be higher with all the doom and gloom talked about the VAT increase only having been passed on this time and not 12 months ago plus the food/fuel/utilities/transport increases.

    May be he is having second thoughts on his no change in BOE rate for 18 months. But I hope his prediction stays correct, got a BoE + 0.23 mortgage.
