Brilliant, I've been after one of these for ages and this looks a good buy.
There is also 8% on quidco btw.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Yes i thought so and it has good reviews which count for a lot.0

Just to let you know delivery has now dropped to £9.99 pounds instead of £15.99 :j so save another fiver.0

I wasn't amused to find that, if I'd had ordered it a day later, I would have saved £5 on delivery.Just to let you know delivery has now dropped to £9.99 pounds instead of £15.99 :j so save another fiver.
So I wrote a polite email asking if they would refund me as a good will gesture.
I've just a phone call from a very nice lady who told me they would be happy to refund the £5.01.
So I'd call that excellent customer service, not just the refund, but a polite telephone call as well.

Brilliant news, I've never used them before but will again in the future, not sure why they dropped the postage like that was very strange, hope others do the same and get that extra fiver back to spend on here :T0 -
Quidco has an offer where you can get free standard delivery if you spend £30 or more but when you click on it and add something to the cart, it adds the £9.99 for delivery. Any ideas? Thanks0

Its a great deal and I was about to buy it when I went on ebay and there is a company selling these brand new BUT they have the soft cushions with them!!

Depends what your into style wise, i prefer the plain style where i can add my own cushions to sit on, but might suit some people, thanks for the link :beer:0

We didn't really want one with cushions either. Otherwise you've just got to find storage for them somewhere and keep taking them in and out.confusedroast wrote: »Its a great deal and I was about to buy it when I went on ebay and there is a company selling these brand new BUT they have the soft cushions with them!!

Also, having sat on alot of these in garden centres, there is a big difference between them. Cheap ones are nasty and flimsy, which tbh, looks like the one on ebay. The one I got from RD looks much more robust. But, only time will tell, I'm not going to put it together till it's much warmer.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0
