equifax credit report can any one help!?

I have done my equifax credit report
I took out two loans in 2004
Both went to debt managment companys that i pay each month and have done since 2006
Welcome Finance Loan went to HFO
Inteligent Finance Loan went to CL Finance
On my report both Welcome and inteligent were satisfied in 2005.
HFO is on there saying loan with HFO - defaulted
No mention of CL Finance
Who do i contact if things are not correct/not on there.
Should they be on there?

No point in encouraging CL to report to Experian. Leave it as it is.
