Personal loan advice

Hi guys my names Adam, im 26 and i work part time night shift standard contract earning £744 pm after tax and N.i. but most months i can get atleast 2 nights overtime which bumps my earings up to £1,000.
I currently owe £6,000 on a 7 year loan, with 4 years 7 months left of £131 a month pay off.
My monthly out goings are £521 pm
Gym £30
Lap top £25
Rent £150
Personal loan £131
Car insurance £70
Moblie £35
Petrol £80
My problem is this, im stuck in a vicious monthly cycle of maxing out my £1,000 overdraft limit + the un-authorised over draft fees.
I have cut all my costs down, i only go out once a month if at all.
All i need to pull myself out of debt is £2,600 which £1,000 of it is to pay off my regular £1,000 over draft debt, the other £1,000 is to have in place until i get paid and as a small funds safty net just incase i need a little extra cash but once the 1,000 overdraft debt is paid off i will have the 1,000 + my standard pay + any extra i earn that month. The £600 is to pay off what i ow my parents which they need and to take 2 massive weights off my mind.
I would be very grateful for any help and advice you can offer.
Regards Adam
