Question about Credit Report (CreditExpert)

Hi Guys,
Just a quick question, i have started checking my credit rating, no real reason other than curiosity to be honest.
Everything looks in order apart from one old loan, i finished paying it in 2007 and there is nothing in the status, all my other account show as satisfactory but this one doesn't.
will this affect anything ? I got a credit score too and this seemed fine, but i just wanted to check, again mostly curiosity.
