                    Hi
My DD will be 11 in April and struggling to think of gifts for her.
She hasn't got a hobby as such apart from Jutsui twice a week. She loves Twilight but bought her accessories for Christmas. Shes never really played with anything.
Any ideas would be greatly received.
Thanks

Is there anything that she wants to 'do'? perhaps lessons for a new hobby? Like a musical instrument or some horse riding lessons? (my niece is 11 and loves riding). Perhaps she'd prefer to go somewhere for the day or see a show? Have you asked her if there is anything she'd like?
Another option is to get some smallish gifts and wrap them for her so she has things to open but then put what you would have spent away in savings for her - I'm guessing she really doesn't 'need' anythig in particular so having some pennies tucked away could be a sensible option - does she already have a savings account? If not you could open one together as part of her birthday celebrations - it may sound dull but I still remember opening my first account with my dad aged 5, it was a big deal for me and made me feel very grown up. Whenever I got b'day or xmas money, I used to love putting it away in my account (shame I haven't been so good with £ in my adult life!)Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

My youngest is 11 and she's 'too big for toys now'..apparently. She wanted cd's, clothes, books, a game for her ds and some drawing materials. She wanted cd's, clothes, books, a game for her ds and some drawing materials.
Is she a tomboy or a girly girl? What about jewellery? Pretty necklace or bracelet?Herman - MP for all! 0 0

Shes a girly girl. She loves Claires Acc. but she spends all her pocket money in there.
I like the idea of the bank account, I will suggest it to her and see what she thinks.
Shes not into music, she only ever reads school books. Ive the twilight books, and LOVE them.
Ive just ordered her some harimuka reduced in Debenhams.
 Thanks for the ideas.0

How about jewellery making kits (or book, beads, findings, pliers and box to store it in)?
A shopping trip for a new outfit complete with visit for hot chocolate and lunch could go down a treat.
 Mobile phone or mp3/mp4 player?
Make-up - lip glosses, glitter eyeshadow, clear mascara?
Suprising how old girls are before they would turn down a visit to the Bear Factory too!
 Good luck with the ideas.0

I have a 10 year old who will be 11 in April. She wants a nintendo 3D for her birthday but already has a DSi and also an ipod touch. She will be getting a new bike as she has grown out of hers.0
