Barclayloan advice needed
Friend took out a loan over 4 years, initially took out payment protection but then cancelled it. They said couldn't reduce payments but the loan would finish earlier. Any ideas how she can find out how early ? Was due to end June 2008. 
When she checked the current amount it looks like the payment protection hasn't been taken off to be honest and with online banking comes up as Barclayloan Protected still.

Couldn't get through on phone
Managed to get to the branch today, they didn't cancel the payment protection 2 years ago as requested. Complaint been made.One day I might be more organised...........
