Well, normally at this point we would suggest scanning in the CCA, blanking out any bits that might identify you (names, addresses, signatures, barcodes etc) and posting the image(s) up here to have a look at.

Mercers make those sort of threats all the time. The surprising thing is that they haven't up till now.

You say you are saving for bankruptcy? How long before you do that?
