OP - didn't you post a few months ago saying that you were pretty sure that your boss was advertising with recruitment agencies to replace you? What happened there? Was he advertising for a CIPD qualified person then?

Sorry I'm no my phone. Yes that was me but it was a misunderstanding. The agency just ran the exact same advert they did for my job to get candidates to register. Proved my distrust for agencies!

Hi, I think they could not use - reason related to your capability or qualifications for the job, as they knew this when they employed you and until the group CEO complained about Co Policy, then it's not you which is at fault.
