same debt defaulted twice

Hi. Hope this is the correct place.

I bought my equifax report online over the weekend and have found that I have been defaulted for the same debt twice.

It says "Credit card from Arrow Global" Default Feb 08 (it was an old mint card), and underneath it says "Credit Card from RBS (Mint)" defaulted Feb 08 the amounts are exactly the same. I was contacted by Arrow in 08 but when I pointed out that Mint had not sent the my CCA request I heard nothing more.

In fact the last I heard from anyone regarding the Mint card was from Regal Credit back in Aug 09 when I pointed out to them that the DN was invalid (it wasnt dated) and they could only collect the arrears I heard nothing from them and all has been quiet since.

On another entry It also says "Credit Card from Arrow Global" (which was old A+L Card) default April 08. Now I never had any contact from Arrow until Aug 08 however in June 08 A+L wrote to me to say they had sold the debt to Equidebt (but there is no mention of them on my credit file) I told Arrow this and they went away.

Anyone know how to deal with this. Who do I contact first.

Thanks in advance
