I know this thread is way old, but I got a letter from the same people.
It didnt say who they were or what they were. No information why they wanted me to contact them.
Well I hate letters like this so I called them.........He would not tell me what they wanted or who they were until I gave him all my personal information.
I said no.....just tell me what kind of company you are.....he still would not tell me what it was about. I had no idea who it was and the letter was from an old address nearly 5 years since i lived there. But I have gone not bankcrupt but something else sorry cant remember what it is called but the citezen advice helped me with it all I paid money and Citezen Adcice said if you get letters from people you owed money come and see them as I included all debts and each one had knowledge and so many days to disagree. It is upsetting that after all this time I now have to think of that awful time again and now go to citezens advice as I wont rest until it is. So all I want to say is dont ring them or write, let Citezen Advice help they only take notice of offical notice.
Sorry to go on and good luck to anyone that gets harassed by these people.

I just wanted to thank the last comment I received the same letter today and as much as I'm tempered to call I wanted to check first as mine is from 2003 at the latest and I cannot think of anything I owe so I'm leaving it 😀
