I heard they are at least 500 cals for ONE doughnut! That's an hour in the gym...


Oh it's not so bad just looked at the nutritional info the highest fat content is 21g for the chocolate one. LOL;) And the cals highest is about 400 for one doughnut. Where can you get them anyhow?

If you time it right at the Milton Keynes store you get one free anyway!
If the light is on outside the shop it means they're making fresh donuts and you can get a complimentary one.

I went and collected mine yesterday from New Malden. The nice lady behind the counter was asking me which ones I wanted. I said that the offer was limited to glazed but how much would it cost to upgrade to a box of assorted and a box of plain. There was only £1 in the difference.

She asked me where I got the voucher from and I explained it was through this site. She ended up giving me the two boxed for the same price as the glazed so I got BOGOF and saved £1 also. Yay!

I wrote down the MSE website address for her. One good turn deserves another, after all.

We're eating the assorted and I've frozen the glazed. Another tip I got from this forum. Brill!

Word of warning:
You have to collect them from a Krispy Kreme store, not at the stands in some branches of Tescos. The voucher won't be valid there.
