Lidl fruit & veg offer from 14th February

I went in my local Lidl on yesterday for veg.

The avocadoes were 49p not 29p and the mangoes were 69p not 49p. Having read this thread previously, I thought I'd got mixed up with an Aldi deal til I just checked the OP now.

Anyone know why?

I think because those particular offers have ended now. Check their website for new and updated offers: https://www.lidl.co.uk

Yes, those offers have ended...........waiting for the new ones now.

A decent buy at the moment is the muisli at only £1.19 (though sometimes you can get it for 99p).


This makes great little "cakes" - like "crispie cakes" when made with chocolate, well worth a try. Only ever tried the fruit and nut though.

Thanks! So if offers are announced on a Monday (like 14th Feb in OP) how many days are they ususally on for? It was a pretty quick turnaround if they weren't available on the 18th!!

Their website is updated now, so can't check back.

But avocados and mangoes are not in the OP (if you mean the first one on this thread)...?

The weekly offers are Monday-Sunday I think, then there are the ones just for the weekend

They were up til last night, OP was edited to update

What you say about weekly offers going from Monday to Sunday is why I asked.

Assuming the original version of the OP was correct, items stated as on offer from Monday 14th were at normal price by the Friday 18th in my local store.

It's not very important, but I can go any day, so possibly Friday is a day to avoid!

I have to take pot luck as I never know when I can have the car - although I could have gone at 8 this morning, I decided there was nothing I needed quite that badly:rotfl:
