Hi, first post and all that.
I'm going to be getting my first mortgage in a few months, but to be honest I know very, very little about them.
Is there a mortgage basics or faq type post anywhere that can let me know they different types and their benifits etc? I'm reading through the pdf from the annoouncement at the top of the foum, but any extra info is always welcome.
