NVQ Assessor Interview

Hi,
I hope someone can help me!
I've got a job interview tomorrow for an NVQ Assessor position! I gained the A1 Qualification last year whilst in a Senior Administrator role and have really struggled to get an Assessors job, as although I'm qualified, I don't have the assessing experience
I have the interview tomorrow and another one with a different company a week later! Really not getting my hopes up though.
Anyway, I've got some questions together to ask at the interview, to do with the induction process, support for newly qualified assessors, which awarding body they use, which NVQ's they deliver, training opportunities etc...
I've also looked on the company website but there isn't that much info tbh.
Has anyone got any advice/tips for the interview, and any example questions that I should be prepared for, as this is the first Assessor's interview that I've been for!!!
Thanks in advance!

You may well be asked how you would give feedback to a candidate who hadn't achieved/underperformed. Make sure you are confident about this, as this is one area that assessors need to be confident in.
Try and think about some examples of feedback that you have given to staff and how this was received.
Best of luck with the interview.0
