Took loads of tries before I got the form to display but got there in the end. I've had the same problem with the NOTW forms today.

I tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome. Took some time, and a few forms that wouldn't submit, but finally got through on Firefox

I managed in the end by following the instructions that someone had posted at the bottom to click on the Apps link and then the back button

T&C definitely say One entry per person, per hour but it won't let me enter again and says I've already entered.
