I have only just spotted this as I have been out all day & have only just had a lokk at the paper.
I have added a day on so it is not moved early.Set your alarms & good luck.

Winners will be selected at random from all entries received for each hour. If there are no entries in an hour the winner will be selected from all entries received in the previous hour. There will be 1 winner per hour and 15 winners for the competition. The competition starts at 9am on 13 Feb 2011 and closes at 11.59pm on 13 Feb 2011. Each hour will run from XX.00 to XX.59 e.g the first hour is 9.00am - 9.59am. One entry per person, per hour. Over 18 residents of UK only. Each winner will win an iPad. Draw will take place on 14 Feb and winners will be notified the same day. Promoter is Times Newspapers Limited.

Try the second link,as that works here.I only discovered the problem when I had posted it up.

Think the website's having problems; I just kept refreshing till the form came back... it then took a while to submit.

I'm using Google Chrome.
