Is there forms instore to pick up or an online submittable form that you are aware of please? Great offer, but my print is out of coloured ink and thats a very ink intensive page.

Thanks, my 5yo already gets this and really enjoys it! I didn't realise that there was a version for older children though so will try and sign up my 7yo too.

THank you Michelle, however this gets you the magazine subscription not the little MAX lego man. I would just love a MAX mini figure for my boys.
I think I'll email link to a friend and ask them to print.
