    Has anyone heard anything else other than the initial confirmation yet? I had an e-mail saying Thanks for the order, they would be in touch once it has been processed but nothing since then - the £3 hasn't gone out of the bank either.

    not heard anything either...I checked my bank account and the direct debit hasnt been set up either...hope it comes

    Fingers crossed...I've e-mailed them to ask, and all I've got is an auto-reply back with a link to the magazine botique website - but to get that site to say anything useful, you need the subscription number so have to put in an enquiry with them as well. Slightly frustrating.

    Received my first issue today with free clinique mascara, also got a letter confirming the price of the subscription and stating when the payment will be taken. Havn't received the free gift for subscribing yet though, but still a great offer.

    Received mine this morning too - sadly the bag had been torn at the bottom and no free gifts!

    Will drop them an email and see what they say - don't mind TOO much but a nice clinique treat would have been good!!!

    i got mine today too but i didn't get a letter saying when payment would be taken.. when is your payment date as mine is probably around then too?
