I regularly use my ACM vouchers and postal vouchers in all Boots, whether they have an ACM or not, and never had any problems with it.

Just got a nice little offer on no 17 with a coupon from the ACM.

The coupon is for a free 17 Eye Dazzle Eye Shadow when you buy any other 17 cosmetic product.

But this also counted against the buy two 17 products and get an All About Nude Summer Palette Compact containing two eye shadows, 1 lipstick and 1 cream blusher.

Total cost for me was £2.99 as I bought a nail varnish. But you could get this as cheap as £1.99 if you buy a eyeliner sharpener.

They should so make a bit of a fuss if they won't and make sure you talk to a manager - but in a nice way, saying how disappointed you are rather than getting angry. Boots are bringing out customer comment cards very soon, so ask whether they have any as you would like to complain, or say that you have used them before in another small store and not had any problems. If necessary, nicely ask if you can use their phone to call Customer Care team.
