Spent my skinnies today, got sanctuary toner and TD radiance booster £2.14 each. Gave the others away, didn't need nethin else.
Can't believe what you found in the clearance, so lucky. Clearance in my store was useless - bikini's in huge sizes but no matching sets tho, and camera films!!
Not that I should put this on here, got olay body quench moose in Poundland!0 -
No, nothing yet. My solicitor says he will be able to find out if i'm being charged with anything a couple of days before i have to go back in May. I cant see why i'll hear anything in the meantime? Apart from my solicitor has asked for some 'evidence' stuff back.
xx
They should chuck this case out and fine boots for wasting tax payers money:mad:Your greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.

I think it was for Romania when all of the orphanage horror stories were on the news. I bawled my eyes out watching those kids open the shoeboxes and loving everything inside, even though to us most of it was just small items we really do take for granted.
I didn't realise they still did them. Will definitely be looking into this.:p
I was welling up too - there is a video on their website of a child being really excited by a woolly hat - a lot of kids these days just get soo much stuff every day they don't appreciate it as much. When I was little we got stuff like bedside lamps for our birthday and clothes and a satsuma in our stockings!! Am I sounding old.....:p
Jammy on the Sanctuary serums - mind you, shows how much they mark 'em up doesn't it if they can clear out for that price.......I can never figure out £30 for a tiny jar of serum - I just won't pay it.
I asked instore about the 3 for 2 ending as it seemed to say on the shelf 22nd Feb but the SA said it was running for another month...can't verify this and didn't ask about the 5 for 4....sounds like someones heading to the minis section! :rotfl:Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
Often read, but don't often post...
Thank you for the tips, especially for the wipes.
I couldn't resist the temptation today for a little Bootsing. DD's card had the vouchers for deodorant, so we bought that, and six of the cleansing wipes (which she uses anyway), and TD eye cream for me - I wanted a night cream, but none left. I earned enough points to then treat myself to a half price perfume.:D Total spend approx £6.50, and saved about £30.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

Went to in to buy the TD radiance booster that you were all raving about, had 5 skinnies but only used the one as really don't need anything else, I was tempted to buy a mask but I stocked up with the last offer. I took my OH card as I only got the shampoo offer, he had the shampoo and shower gel offer so stocked up on my Santex which was buy one get one free, I actually wish I had bought more now!:o0

Hi
Yesterday, I found a small Boots shop with posh creams on clearance for £5 each. Managed to use 4 £5 skinnies on night cream and eye cream. Went back today and got two more items. (One scanned at £25 originally! Woo Hoo!). SA would not accept the Skinnie and the £3 Sanctuary voucher on a single item, so had to find a big Boots to use the self scan! Very happy that I managed to get about £50 worth of cream for £2.20 :j (Not counting yesterdays haul!). Thanks for the info guys!0 -

I regularly get to at least 4 different Boots and none of them ever have anything good in clearance - the one in Harlow told me they don't always even have any clearance at all but that last week it was good!! Doh!Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!

Went to oxford city centre boots today and checked 2 different ACM machines - nothing but 'treat street' info and 100 points when you spend £12 on photo frames!
As you can probably guess, i didnt spend anything in there today but did notice a teeny tiny clearance section upstairs hiding amongst the travel stuff - about half way along the shelf - please dont get too excited though fellow oxford bootsers as it was still quite expensive bits and bobs but unusal to see in that store i guess? - only thing i looked at was a 'mister mascara' travel set which had a sticker for £6! i think it had this stuff in it http://www.boots.com/en/Mister-Mascara-Large-Travel-Bag_1035416/ but was in a black zip up carry bag thingy. Again, not a bargain in my book but maybe this is the start of a regular clearance in this particular store - who knows?:T Mummy To 2 Beautiful Boys :T0
