I won this very same competition last time it was on here and I must say it was the worst place I have ever been. I won't be entering it again. I also had problems getting them to cough up the comp and they didnt send the tickets till the very last minute.

Cardiff is a great place to live or to visit - it's a shame you're too narrow-sighted to see that.

Brazilianwax - do you live in Cardiff by any chance?

I dont think it was really called for to call the previous poster narrow sighted at all - different people have different views of different places and its good of them to say what they thought of the place!

I think b-s had major problems with the comp promoters. It's one thing winning a prize but I guess another thing actually receiving it.

I've won 2 of their competitions in the past and both times have had major problems contacting them and them coughing up the prize. It was worth all the hassle for the Amsterdam weekend as we had a lovely time but it certainly wasn't worth the hassle for the Cardiff weekend. In my opinion the place is horrible. I saw less drug taking going on in Amsterdam than I did in Cardiff!!

Born and bred in Cardiff, but I work in London now.

Not wanting to dwell on it, but check out the other post that black_saturn posted on about Cardiff. I lived in one of the roughest areas of Cardiff for 8 years and never saw any one taking drugs!!!

I once stayed in an awful hotel in New York, but you don't see me slagging the place off! I also know where my hotel was in relation to the rest of the city!
