Sister needs help with Baillifs

My sister has £2500 debt with Capital One credit card, she has been ordered to send courts proof of benefits which she has done 3 times and each time they send back saying its not the right stuff? - she says she offered Capital One £20 month but they refused and the bailliffs are onto her and she is saying that she gunna try and sort it out with them - ive warned her that they will add on their charges of silly amounts of money and scare-monger her into more than she could afford per month...

what are her options here?

any advice would be great?

I told her about my £150 court fine i was paying £5 week, when I missed a payment it went to bailliff whom put it up to £500 and tried to scare me into paying it too... i managed to sort it out with the court directly

I dont want my sister dealing with baillifs due to the facts i already mention

i would strongly suggest she TAKES the proof they want to them and take the time to wait for them to say that is what they want. It maybe the only way to deal with this.

Other than that make sure she doesn't let them in, and that any cars are parked away from the property
