Mbna min monthly payment rise!!!

I have a suspended account with mbna card and can only afford to pay the minimum each month just about but I have had a notice to say they are putting up their minimum payments. So on a debt of £5000 you have to pay an extra £45 each month!!!!!! help!!! I have been informed that I will have to pay an extra £145 a month!!!!! I cannot afford this or anything like it, they are being ridiculas, an it will effect thousands like me that are trying to get out of debt.
Does anyone know of a solution, I have rang them and they are not willing to reduce the interest or payments.:(
