cheap very low fat h/m sauce please

My mother is on a v low fat diet due to not having a gall bladder , I just use the very very low fat greek yoghurt in place of cream when I cook for her.

Apple sauce is lovely with pork! There's a bit of butter in this, but not very much, and you could always substitute low fat spread if you prefer.

1/2tbsp unsalted butter
1 apple, cubed
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup raisins
pinch tsp salt
pinch black pepper

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the apple and cook until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Add the juice, stock, raisins, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the apple has softened, about 3 minutes. Pour or spoon the sauce over cooked meat.
