Hello! Is anyone else having problem with ordering this? I get to the form where you put the card details and then, when click "Place order" it seems that it is trying to place the order but then the same page appears and there's nothing written in the confirmation part... Any ideas of what's happening?
Thank you!Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one)! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.
What I achieved:
Car paid in full straightaway.
Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!0 -
Have you tried contacting them? They might be able to iron out the problem if there's something wrong with their website.0

Anyway, I dialled *#1345# to see what the balance is and #0.00 came up. I thought £10 would already be on the SIM card but doesn't appear to be. I guess you have to call 2345 and set up a DD before using this(can I also phone their landline to set this up?). Once I set the DD can this be a one off payment or will they take payments every month as I don't want to keep using the Vodafone SIM as I'd like to go back to the Tesco SIM I've been using? I guess I could cancel the DD after I set it up and they've taken the payment of £10?? I'm not familiar with Vodafone to be honest.
Also, how do you turn off the voice mail?

Important Information
Please note that upon receipt of your new handset, you may experience a delay in connection of up to 48 hours before the handset can be used. This is an additional security measure to ensure that the handset is not used prior to being delivered.
so that might explain delay in credit being added ?0 -
Does anyone know how long this £10 worth of credit will last if you don't use it? I only need another phone for emergencies.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0

Thanks elektra, I managed to send a text last night. I now have £9.88 left on my SIM.twinklyeys wrote: »Thank you for this! I have been playing around with the phone for the past 20 mins as keeps saying insert sim when I have! Hope this is all it is as they charge 10p/min to call customer service!
Make sure you insert the sim properly twinklyeys as I didn't quite get at first how to insert it. It didn't take me long to realise that you have to slip it in slightly when inserting, it's a lttle bit tricky getting it out too but you'll soon get the hang of it.
incidentally, the alternative to the 0870 number mentioned in the booklet that came with the phone can be found on SayNoTo0870.com.0 -
I notice that e2save also have this offer as well, same price too.
Ends 15/03/2011 apparently so if OneStopPhoneShop sells out you could try this one.
Quidco are offering the same amount of cashback of £7.50 too, I believe Topcashback are doing similar as well.

e2save is also a trading division of Carphone Warehouse so the phone should be unlocked.0
