I believe if the meter costs you more you can go back to standard billing - look into it with your water company
I didn't know that. Nothing on their website that I can find, so will ring them on monday. Thanks!
Also, with council tax do we have any 'right' to pay it over 12 months? I have asked the council and they flatly said no.0 -

This is my biggest fear, so thanks for the reassurance. When virgin turned down the card application to move onto a 0% rate I started to fall apart a bit, and have I started thinking the worse.0 -
