If it doesn't come off kays freephone number is 08000151000 or order on the phone. Sorry cant help further as the same is happening to me but they are advertising so in my experience will honor this.

No 3 for 2 offer on - added 3 tops to my basket and went right through to checkout and still showing as £2 each with no other offer

Seems to be getting complicated, littlewoods and empire and kays are the same but definitely showing in the actual cat for kays and empire

I've ordered 6 tops from Kays instead (3 of my size now and 3 one size down - I'm dieting! lol) but no free ones. I've taken a screen print too but made sure to hover over the date tab in bottom right of computer screen to prove today's date.

I posted this offer last night. The 3 for 2 discount wasn't being applied automatically (usually doesn't when things are on offer), but I emailed them as soon as I placed the order and had an email today saying they had applied the discount to my account.

I got an email from Littlewoods saying that you could only benefit from one discount at a time and that as the tops were reduced I could not have them for 3 for 2.

That's a shame as under the KandCo website they did it immediately.

Ahhh, could be that Empire, Kays and Great universal are now combined as one.... K&CO whereas Littlewoods is still Littlewoods, despite all being owned by shop direct.
Maybe its only K&co that have the 3for2 offer??
