Hi Guys,
Newbie here but a big fan of the site!!

I'm about to move house and struggling to find a good mortgage deal through all on offer. Here's the facts,
Looking for a 3 or 5 year fixed mortgage
Looking to keep up front fees to a minimum (obviously)
Salaries of applicants 28k + 12k
Home Value - 146.5k
Deposit 5%
No loans or credit
I'm not a first time buyer.
Can anyone suggest a short list of good options that are out there? From my limited searches and knowledge I am leaning towards Allianace and Leicester.
Any thoughts?

From memory A & L charge a HIGHER LENDING FEE whicj renders the deal as pretty poor value.
Some lenders without HLF are; IF, Standard Life Bank, Northern Rock and C & G0 -
Agreed on the Higher Lending Fee
Have a look at the best deal with this fee and the best without, then you need to number crunch and work out which is best for you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
