i did loads of mystery shopping for this company called amber arch and once did 11 visits for them in one day!

however typing up 11 reports took me about week to complete (especially when you have a full time job aswell) and they were not very happy about it. although was obviously of a satisfactory standard considering they paid me for it.

anyway they have now removed my self assign facility and whenever i apply for visits i just get an email saying the visit was allocated to another shopper. i have joined other companies on sassie but i just get the same email.

now i have heard about this shopper rating and would like to know if its shared with other companies on sassie? does it sound like i have i been blacklisted?!

No it isn't shared, you have to build a 'reputation' with all companies, some of which may not use 'Self Assign' at a low score level (if at all)

You are lucky you got paid, most companies won't pay if you go beyond 24 or 48 hours without pre-agreement.
  • do you think it would pay to create another account under a different name, email, paypal, etc? i will presume they are not stupid!
  • Even if you do that your still not going to be able to self assign - you'll still have to wait and see if you get jobs

You going to give the taxman a different name as well?

Whoops! missed the bit about taking a week to complete 11 reports. Personally I'd give up on Mystery shopping in general Amber Arch reports aren't that complicated compared to some, if its taking a week to complete 11 you don't have time for mystery shopping (ignoring the fact that you aren't meeting thecompany requirements)

Define good, they're Sassie based, pay by paypal, for me the majority of their jobs aren't worth the fee particularly once you take into account parking etc unless I happen to be in the area for others.

A lot of companys use Sassie, so if you haven't come across it before I suggest you read the main Mystery Shoping thread.
