Hi,
I have written to several creditors explaing that my finances have taken a turn for the worse and have had a few replies wanting me to ring them. They are not threatening or horrible or anything but I really don't want to speak to them as I am scared they will draw me into something I can't keep up. i heard its better to have correspondence in writing - would you agree?
Also I was just wondering if there were any pages on this site with template letters?
Thanks x

If you've properly set out your circumstances in writing, then I can't see any reason to phone.
What templates exactly? There are some around, but most of the time it's better to refer people to those from NationalDebtline/CAB etc.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
