Topshop outlet in Harehills, Leeds . Does it exist?

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone knows anything about this place? I have searched the internet, but with no luck. Doe anyone know if it exists and if so, what the address is? Also, what are the opening times? I have heard that it is open on the last Friday of every month.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for all your replies. I think I may have heard about it from this forum, judging by Spikey's post. Could this be the address? Hudson Road, Harehills, Leeds, LS9 7DN. I can't type a link to the page, as I am new, but google arcadia Harehills

I am not familiar with Harhills, but a lot of the big topshop sellers on ebay seem to live near Leeds. This could be purely coincidental though!

Never knew either TopShop or ASOS had outlet stores, think I'm going to have to make a trip up and have a gander for myself.

I used to live in Harehills (about 8 years ago), and there was a massive Arcadia building / factory / warehouse at the end of the road... I never saw any signs that it was open to the public or had an outlet store inside (not that I actually looked!), but it was indeed on Hudson Road.

It's massive, looks a bit like a prison from outside (high, brown brick walls stretching as far as the eye can see...) & in the middle of back-to-back housing, so you can't really miss it.

I'm not 100% sure but the Arcadia in Harehills might just be a call centre now - part of GE Capital. Worth a look though as I am probably wrong!

There is, however, a small shop on the parade of shops near the flyover, opposite B&M Retail that sells a lot of ex Topshop, Miss Selfridge etc etc. Labels are cut out but I've had some bargains in there before. Can't remember the name (I'm useless today!!) but I think it's next to a fish and chip shop and near a pub.

In case anyone is still wanting to know...

The Arcadia warehouse is still located in Harehills. There is usually a sale on the last Friday of the month but its for the warehouse staff only, with the exception of one visitor per member of staff. GE Capital/GE Money (now Santander) staff were also invited until Phillip Green took over Arcadia.

If you are local to Leeds, Rag Trader on York Road sells Arcadia surplus/damaged stock with tags removed.
