I ordered mine on the 14th Feb also received the mag Saturday and the DD is set to be taken around the 7th March. the mag hits the shops on Thursday so if I were you I would consider contacting them to see if your mag was posted if it doesn't arrive tomorrow.
If you need the number its 08448485202
  • Thanks I'll give them a call Thursday if it hasn't arrived...

Just checked the bank again, and still no direct debit set up.

  • Just called them today after recieving an e-mail saying they couldn't find my subscription (after I'd e-mailed them several times trying to find out what was going on!)

They were helpful on the phone, but admitted that they had lost my order for the subscription, and then passed me through to Customer Services (01858 438815 if anyone needs it), who I had to explain to all over again what the situation was, they then offered to put the subscription through at 6 issues for £6 and wouldn't start until next month. I explained that I'd subcribed on the offer of 6 issues for £3 with the Birthday Issue with the free Clinique gift and the Creme Sorbet free subscribers offer. They went and spoke to there manager and then said they would honour this deal, and would make sure that I get this current issue (Aprils). So they took my direct debit details and said it would be with me within about 7 days.

    Here's hoping!

Slightly concerned that, despite having a confirmation e-mail from Glamour/Conde Nast, they were able to lose my subscription order which included direct debit details.

Hopefully I'll be enjoying Glamour soon though!

The offer of 6 issues for £3.00 then £6.00 every 6 months with the free creme sorbet is printed in the latest issue of Glamour thats out tomorrow so the offer is still available, so they should of offered you that anyway
They are also advertising 24 issues for £19.00 with free creme when making a one off payment without DD
  • Yeah it did feel a bit like I had to make a "point" to get them to honour the £3, they then asked for a code and I had to point out it was done online via a website and didn't have a code - you'd think if the offer is still being advertised then it would have been beyond straightforward though, rather than having to speak to 3 different people just to get it arranged.

    *sigh*

Just keeping my fingers crossed now that it actually comes and it's sorted - it's not meant to be this tricky surely!!

They are now offering on the website £1 an issue plus free ID makeup which IMO is not such a good offer, so I think if ordering you may need codes or to state where you saw the offer- it appears it was time limited!

Signed up to this offer on the 12th Feb from the OP's post on the magazine thread and received the Caudalie gift today. No sign of the magazine or payment letter yet.
    Thanks!
