Got this email from The Magazine Boutique/Conde Nast which is the company who own Glamour. They are offering a subscription for £3 for the first 6 issues, £6 for 6 issues thereafter *meaning 75p an issue*
Offer also contains a free gift: Caudalie Sorbet (skincare) as well as the Clinique freebie for next month.
This needs to be done by the 16 feb to get the special Clinique freebie edition next month. So looks like they are one of the few mags left who do send out freebies to subscribers!:j

If you wanted to call the Conde Nast number is 0844 848 5202 but not sure what the offer code is.

Thanks this is a mega bargain and yeah I will just cancel the direct debit after the first payment's gone out. Did the same with an FHM offer and another Glamour one I did for my friend. Thanks again :-)0

Direct Debits don't bother me, I always cancel it online after the money's been taken out.
same
This does seem incredibly cheap though....even at thier full price £6 for 6 issues....thats still only £1 an issue...
Might be worth a try even if its just for the freebiesMFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

actually im sure this must be ok because if you go to the actual glamour magazine website and hit the subscribe button it takes you to the same website..just a different offer https://www.circules.com/subscribe/splits/glamour-uk/gl_mar11c
EDIT: Sorry OP (teach me to read properly) just saw you did actually mention this in your first postMFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

Yes but are you aware that the payee can set it up again and has every right to do so? And you could have quite a hassle ultimately stopping it.
I had one of these reset the DD three times, in fact each time I cancelled.
I ended up 'changing the method of payment' to a just about to expire card.
The end.
I've done this many times and never, ever had a company re-set a DD.0 -
Same here Skibster, have set up around 40 DD in my time with magazines, cancel after first payment no hassle. Just someone scaremongering!0

I saw that it was 50p an issue for the first 6 issues but even if you stay the full term of the subscription (didn't read the small print to find out if you have to or can cancel early) it still works out to only 75p an issue.
If you were able to cancel early it works out to 50p an issue which is an even better saving.
Glamour mag is £2 an issue, I make that a £15 saving (or aprox 62% saving) if you take out the full 12 months, 75% saving if you did the 6 months and then cancelled. Plus you get the free skinare item by Caudaile plus you get the freebie clinique item.
Personally thought it wasn't bad, but if you have seen better offers elsewhere....0
